Full scoping and architecture design
A proper technical spec before we write any code. Architecture diagrams, tech choices justified against your requirements, data flow mapped end to end.
Frontend, backend, and AI pipeline
The whole system, built by one senior engineer. Frontend UI, backend APIs, AI pipeline with guardrails, database, authentication, the lot.
Cloud deployment
Deployed to Vercel, AWS, or your infrastructure. Environment variables, CI/CD, domain setup, SSL, all handled.
Testing and QA
Unit tests on the hot paths, integration tests on the AI pipeline, manual QA across the user flows. We don't ship a system we haven't broken ourselves first.
Documentation and handover
Architecture docs, API docs, operational runbooks. Written so a future engineer (yours or ours) can pick it up without a briefing.
2 weeks post-launch support
Bug fixes, small tweaks, and observability guidance included for 2 weeks after go-live. Longer-term support is available on the Monthly AI Retainer.

On the £8,000 floor: that's the minimum for a realistic production AI MVP. Larger or more complex scopes are priced higher on the proposal. We never quote hourly, and we never bill for unexpected overages. The price you sign on at kickoff is the price you pay.

What if the build is bigger than 4-6 weeks?
Larger scopes are priced higher on the proposal and broken into more milestones. We scope honestly on the discovery call, so you know upfront whether this is a 4-week build, a 6-week build, or a bigger engagement.
Can you start immediately?
We take on 2-3 new clients per month. Next available kickoff is usually 2-4 weeks out. If it's urgent, say so on the call.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You own the code, the architecture, the documentation, and the infrastructure configuration. No licence fees, no vendor lock-in.
What happens after the 2 weeks of post-launch support?
You can either run the system yourself with your own team, bring in another engineer, or put us on a Monthly AI Retainer for ongoing development and support. We don't build it and disappear.
