Plain English, no small print. These are the rules we work to on every audit and every build, and they're written into our proposals.
Your data stays yours
We work GDPR-first. Anything sensitive is shared only after a mutual NDA if you want one, access is limited to the people doing the work, and we never use your data to train third-party AI models.
Deleted after delivery
Anything we hold during an engagement is deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep it. Working files live in encrypted UK-based storage while the engagement runs.
You own everything
The source code, the templates, the documentation, and the audit deliverables are yours from the final invoice onwards. No licences back to us, no vendor lock-in, no retainer required to keep what you paid for.
Humans keep sign-off
Every system we design keeps your people in command of decisions that matter. AI drafts, prepares, and organises; a named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Guarantees in writing
Fixed quotes agreed before work starts. Milestones invoiced only when delivered. Thirty days of post-launch support with defects fixed within five working days at no charge. If the audit doesn't surface at least three implementable AI opportunities, you don't pay for it.
Honest scope, honest tools
We choose tools around your company rather than a stack we sell, and we'll tell you when the right answer is something you already pay for. If AI isn't the right fix for a problem, we say so in writing.

Clinton AI Ltd, Company No. 17055092, registered in England & Wales and based in Leeds, United Kingdom. Invoicing runs through Stripe. We're model-agnostic and build with frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, always through endpoints with contractual no-training terms for your data.
