How long does a typical project take?
Depends on scope. A Workflow Automation Sprint is 2 weeks. An AI Agent build is 2-3 weeks. A full AI MVP Build is 4-6 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline after the discovery call, and commit to it in writing in the proposal.
How do pricing and payments work?
Our productised offers start at £1,495 (AI Readiness Audit) and go up to £8,000+ (AI MVP Build). Every project is fixed scope and fixed price, paid via Stripe in 2-3 milestones. You only pay each milestone when that milestone is delivered, so you're never paying for work you haven't seen.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes. Most of our clients are founders at pre-seed to Series A. If you have a clear problem (or at least a clear frustration) and a realistic budget, we'd enjoy the conversation.
What if I'm not sure what I actually need?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. 30 minutes, we listen, ask the five questions that matter, and tell you whether AI is the right move. If it isn't, we'll say so. If it is, we'll point you at the right offer.
What's the AI Readiness Audit, and when does it make sense?
A structured 5-day assessment that ends with a prioritised AI roadmap. It's for founders who know AI could help but aren't sure where to start or what to build first. 60-70% of audit clients go on to a bigger engagement, because we've already found the problems worth solving.
What happens after handover?
Every build includes 2 weeks of post-launch support by default. If you want ongoing development, support, or strategy, our Monthly AI Retainer starts at £2,500/month (3-month minimum). We don't build it and disappear.
