Every project we take on follows the same shape. You pay for the work, you own everything we build, and we don't move on until the system is live and your team can run it.

Four steps, in order
Discovery call
You tell us what you're trying to solve, we ask the right questions, and we say honestly whether AI is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.
AI Readiness Audit
A written report on whether your idea is buildable, how, and the scope of the build. If you don't have a clear idea yet, we find the right one first.
The build
Fixed scope, fixed price, milestone-based payment. You see demos every week. By the time we hand over, you've already signed off every piece.
Live, with support
We deploy to production, train your team, and hand over the documentation. Any defect in the system is fixed within five working days at no charge.
What we build
Three kinds of work
AI products built from scratch
You have an idea. A tool, a product, an internal system. We build it from the ground up. Examples include the maritime RFQ system and the multi-marketplace publishing platform we currently run.
Production rebuilds of prototypes
You've got something working in ChatGPT or a notebook. We take the prototype, build the data layer, the eval harness, the deploy pipeline, and the review surface around it.
AI workflow automation
You have a manual process eating your team's time. We map the workflow, automate the right pieces with AI, and leave a system your team can maintain after we're gone.
Tools we use
We build with Claude, GPT, Gemini, and other frontier models depending on the job. Hosting is usually Vercel, Supabase, and Inngest. Frontends run on Next.js with Tailwind and shadcn/ui. We pick the right tool for the job. We don't sell any one stack.
How payment works
After the discovery call, we send a tailored quote within one working day. Two payment options to choose from: three milestones, or weekly. Invoices go through Stripe. You own the source code and templates from the final invoice onwards.
No retainer required to start. No surprise scope. The price we quote is the price you pay.
