AI Readiness Audit
A written report mapping where AI genuinely helps your business: every workflow step scored buy, augment, or build, three ranked recommendations with success criteria, and a costed first move. Yours to keep whether or not you go further.
Discovery
We pick up where the audit finished, or run a full discovery if you come to us with a clear build already in mind. This is where we gather everything the work needs: the data, the systems, the access, and the people involved.
Design
We turn what discovery found into the structure for the adoption or build: the system architecture, the integration points, and the milestones. Every design follows one rule: AI takes the repetitive work, and your people keep every decision that matters.
Implementation
We build exactly what the design stage set out. Fixed scope, milestone-based payment, and the same senior team throughout. You review working software as the build progresses.
Training and support
We deploy to production, train your team on the system, and hand over the documentation. Any defect is fixed within five working days at no charge, and check-ins transfer knowledge so the capability stays with you.
What we build
Three kinds of work
AI products built from scratch
You have an idea. A tool, a product, an internal system. We build it from the ground up. An example is Katalyst, the multi-marketplace publishing platform we run ourselves.
Production rebuilds of prototypes
You've got something working in ChatGPT or a notebook. We take the prototype, build the data layer, the eval harness, the deploy pipeline, and the review surface around it.
AI workflow automation
You have a manual process eating your team's time. We map the workflow, automate the right pieces with AI, and leave a system your team can maintain after we're gone.
How we choose tools
We choose the tools around your company, your systems, and your team, rather than arriving with a preferred stack to sell. In practice that usually means the same platforms the world's best-run companies already trust, such as frontier AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, and the cloud and productivity systems your team already works in. If the right answer is a tool you already pay for, we'll tell you that too.
How payment works
Every engagement is a fixed quote, agreed in writing before any work starts, and paid in milestones, typically three across a build. You only pay a milestone when it's delivered, and invoices go through Stripe. You own the source code, templates, and documentation from the final invoice onwards.
And some things you'll never pay for: the discovery call, proposal writing, or the time it takes to scope an engagement. No retainer required to start. No surprise scope. The price we quote is the price you pay.
