Everything people usually want to know before they get in touch. If your question is missing, ask Clint in the corner of the screen or email clinton@clintonai.co.uk.
Getting started
What happens on the discovery call?
30 minutes, free. We listen, ask the questions that matter, and say honestly whether AI is the right move for you. You leave with a clear next step either way.
How quickly can we start?
The call can usually happen this week. Audits kick off within one to two weeks of the proposal being accepted.
What do you need from us to get going?
For the audit: a structured questionnaire and a short walkthrough of real recent work from the people who do it. A few hours of your team's time in total.
The AI Readiness Audit
What is the AI Readiness Audit?
A one to two week assessment of where AI genuinely helps your business. It ends with a written report, ranked recommendations, and a costed build proposal for the top one.
What if the audit finds AI is the wrong move for us?
We say so in writing, with the reasons. You keep the report and the analysis either way.
Do we have to continue after the audit?
No. The audit stands on its own. Most clients continue because the proposal is specific and costed, but there is no obligation.
Pricing and payment
How does pricing work?
Every quote is priced on scope, so we publish no prices. You get a tailored quote within one working day of the discovery call. Fixed scope, fixed price.
How do payments work?
In milestones, typically three across a build. Each one is invoiced only when the work is delivered.
What is never billed?
The discovery call, the proposal, and the scoping behind it.
Delivery
Who actually does the work?
The same senior team from the first call to handover. Founder led, nothing outsourced.
How long does a build take?
Usually four to six weeks once we kick off. You see working software as it progresses, and the timeline is committed in writing.
What if something breaks after handover?
Every build includes a 30 day warranty. Defects are fixed within five working days at no charge.
Who owns the system at the end?
You do. Code, documentation, and accounts are yours from the final invoice.
Data and security
How do you handle our data?
GDPR first. Mutual NDA on request before anything sensitive is shared. Your data never trains third party models, and anything we hold is deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep it.
Where are you based?
Leeds, UK. Clinton AI Ltd, Company No. 17055092. We work remotely with clients across the UK and EU, with on site days where they help.
Fit
Who do you work best with?
UK and EU companies of roughly 5 to 100 people with real operations to look at, seriously considering AI in the next three to six months.
Do you work with early stage startups?
Yes. Many clients are founders at pre-seed to Series A with a clear problem and a realistic budget for a build.
