How long does a typical project take?

Depends on scope. The AI Readiness Audit is 1 to 2 weeks. A full build is usually 4 to 6 weeks once we kick off. We give you a realistic timeline after the discovery call and commit to it in writing.

How do pricing and payments work?

We send a tailored quote after the discovery call, within one working day. Payment is in milestones, typically three across a build. All invoices go through Stripe. You only pay each milestone when that milestone is delivered.

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Yes. Most of our clients are founders at pre-seed to Series A. If you have a clear problem (or even just a clear frustration) and a realistic budget for a build, we'd enjoy the conversation.

What if I'm not sure what I actually need?

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. 30 minutes, we listen, we ask the questions that matter, and we say honestly whether AI is the right move. If it isn't, we'll say so.

What's the AI Readiness Audit, and when does it make sense?

A one to two week assessment that ends with a written report, three ranked recommendations, and a costed build proposal for the top one. Useful for teams that know AI could help but want clarity before committing budget.

How do you handle our data?

Your data stays yours. We work GDPR-first, sign a mutual NDA on request before anything sensitive is shared, and never use your data to train third-party AI models. Anything we hold during an engagement is deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep it.

What happens after handover?

Every build includes 30 days of post-launch warranty. Any defect in the system is fixed within five working days at no charge. If you want ongoing support beyond that, we can talk about a retainer separately.
