How we differ from standard agencies
Many development agencies focus purely on writing code, while strategy firms often stop at the written report. We combine both disciplines. We are a Leeds-based AI adoption consultancy that audits the problem and then builds the solution with the same hands. We have designed and deployed more than 25 production AI systems across 6 industries since 2023, and we run two production AI products of our own: Katalyst, which is live, and ResearchMate, which is coming soon. Our engagement model
We start every project with a short discovery call to understand your friction points. From there, we propose an AI Readiness Audit with a fixed quote, priced on scope. Once the audit is complete, we move into a fixed-price first build. This development phase usually takes four to six weeks. We then provide 30 days of post-launch support. Every check-in is designed to transfer knowledge to your staff rather than creating a long-term dependency on us. You own the system documentation and the final code from day one.

Keeping humans in control
Our core philosophy centres on human enablement. The technology should handle the repetitive administrative volume, and your people should keep the final decisions. A pattern we see often: a simple job generates dozens of emails before anyone does the actual work. We build systems inside existing tools like Outlook and the CRM to draft those communications, with one hard design rule: the system drafts, and the humans send. We are also explicit about what we refuse to automate. The expert judgement your clients pay for must always remain safely in human hands.
